A licensed psychologist with a diverse professional background, Mary's experience as a line manager, consultant, and strategist informs her work. A master of many different models of coaching and assessment, Mary can customize a variety of frameworks and approaches to meet the specific needs of each client.

Mary enables executives to anticipate long-term consequences of current decisions and facilitates planning for the future while simultaneously improving day-to-day job performance. In situations where two leaders are in conflict and the business is suffering, Mary's sensitive insights into tough issues defuse tensions and catalyze collaboration.

Mary has always been driven to understand and improve how people and groups operate and get work done. Some of Mary's clients include AT&T, Booz Allen Hamilton, Quest Diagnostics, Blackboard, International Paper, Kaiser-Permanente, NASA, National Cancer Institute, Rolls-Royce of North America, and the World Bank.

Mary earned her Ph.D. and MA in psychology as well as a certificate in business management from the University of Virginia. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology from the College of William and Mary. She served on the editorial board of the Journal of Consulting Psychology and was elected to the Council of Representatives of the American Psychological Association. In 2010 Mary received the RHR Perry Rohrer Award for Excellence in Consulting.
