Understanding that real leadership requires the ability to think creatively and the confidence to take calculated risks, Richard Tanenbaum integrates strategic role-playing and change scenarios into his fresh, holistic approach to coaching.

Richard's experience as a clinical psychologist, nonprofit executive, civilian working with the military, and actor enable him to work well with diverse clients from administrative staff to senior executives in any industry. With empathy and humility, Richard helps clients learn to take care of and be responsible for themselves so they can better lead others, and helps them set and achieve realistic goals.

Unafraid of conflict, Richard works well with clients who are dealing with challenging workplace relationships, including managing up or down or interacting with colleagues and teammates. Richard helps clients take advantage of a tough situation by using it as a turning point for change and developing strategies and tactics to move forward effectively.
